Haselhorst Associates and H&Z are growing even closer. In August 2026, Haselhorst Associates GmbH was legally merged into H&Z Unternehmensberatung GmbH. The merger does not affect ongoing projects and clients. The people behind our projects and our long-standing client relationships, as well as our expertise, remain unchanged.
However, we are expanding the expertise available to you with our new business unit H&Z Performance & Restructuring.
We invited our team to spend a winter weekend in a cabin in the mountains for the second year in a row. In the huge ski resort of Warth in Austria, we skied and hiked through the snow in fantastic weather.
The now fourth CRO Academy took place on 12 and 13 February at our premises in Starnberg. Like the day-to-day work of a CRO, it is designed to be demanding: in just two days, participants go through all phases of a CRO mandate. This means intensive work and efficient knowledge transfer.
We are excited to announce that together with H&Z Group we have expanded our business to the United Kingdom. In addition to our offices in Starnberg and Düsseldorf in Germany, you can now find us in our new location in London.
As always, the end of the year is a time to look back, pause for reflection and say thank you. The overall economic situation has kept us busy this year and confirmed how important reliable partnerships and trusting exchanges are. We would like to express our sincere thanks to you for this.
2025 was a big year for Haselhorst Associates' Urban Transformation division. Our Smart City Ranking was published for the eighth time this year and received more attention than ever before.
