We are excited to announce that together with H&Z Group we have expanded our business to the United Kingdom. In addition to our offices in Starnberg and Düsseldorf in Germany, you can now find us in our new location in London.

Our first office abroad marks a significant milestone of our growth in cooperation with H&Z Group. Building on our long experience of working for global clients, we are now bringing our expertise in restructuring into a new market. Together with our clients, we develop forward-looking corporate strategies and turnaround concepts. Our restructuring projects range from concept development to complex CRO mandates with board positions.

Our new office and expanded team are driven by the same core qualities that have always characterized the working style of Haselhorst Associates: trust, reliability and openness. The first addition to our team in the UK is Managing Partner Caio Gilberti as a senior advisor for transactions services and CXO, focusing on profit improvement and restructuring. He has built his expertise in merger and acquisitions, pre and post deal support – such as due diligence and value creation – as well as post-merger integration and carve outs. His prior restructuring projects include mandates in financial services, consumer goods, media and real estate industries, bringing over 30 years of experience in top management and consulting to our team.

This month, Phil Jones has joined Haselhorst Associates as our second partner in the UK, bringing another 30 years of experience in industrial management and hands-on advisory. He specializes in turnaround and transformation, with a focus on manufacturing, overhead efficiency and leadership coaching. His distinguished career includes positions with BCG, AlixPartners and McKinsey and features high-impact mandates, such as serving as CTO for a Scandinavian industrial firm and leading a cost transformation for a global cosmetics company. With 14 years of operational leadership in the metal packaging industry, he combines deep sector expertise with strategic rigor to deliver sustainable, value-driven results across global markets.

We are looking forward to this new chapter for Haselhorst Associates Consulting, driving sustainable growth internationally.
