In just a few weeks, it will be that time again: the results of this year's smart city study “Digital Germany: Smart City Ranking 2021” by Haselhorst Associates will be published in early October. The final evaluations are already revealing some surprises. For example, there will be quite a few “hidden champions” among the top 10 smartest cities in Germany this year.
