Once a year, an advisory board and a renowned jury from WirtschaftsWoche examine which are currently the best management consultancies in Germany. To do this, the jury gathers information from the consulting firms as well as from clients. Our team competed in the “Restructuring” category and successfully prevailed against the competition.

Specifically, the project we submitted involved a cable manufacturer that was faced with declining liquidity. To counteract this, we took on a CRO mandate and, together with our team, developed more than 500 measures to improve the business results. With success: thanks to the numerous small and large changes in the company, we succeeded in restoring the client's liquidity.

Our founder and Managing Director Dr. Arno Haselhorst accepted the “Best of Consulting” Award 2024 at the award ceremony in Düsseldorf. The award motivates us to continue working together with our clients on their challenges with passion and full commitment.
