The award is based on a multi-stage process in which the Handelsblatt Research Institute, together with In & Out Consulting, identified a selection of small, medium-sized and large management consultancies. As a result, we at Haselhorst Associates had the opportunity to register to take part in a survey. As part of the survey, we submitted a lot of information about us as an employer. In addition, our employees were also surveyed and the results of both surveys were then compared by Handelsblatt.

We are therefore particularly pleased to receive the “Best Employer Management Consultancy 2025” award. It clearly shows that what we offer our employees strikes a chord with them: a dynamic working environment characterized by teamwork and short decision-making processes. At our company, everyone takes on responsibility right from the start, giving them the opportunity to continuously develop both professionally and personally.
