Instead of taking the usual route to the Starnberg office, our team headed to the mountains last Friday. We took the first lift straight to the slopes. Once at the top, we had a brief moment of shock: there was thick fog. Luckily, we had local skiers in the team who were able to show us the way.

We continued in three groups. The pros were allowed to start skiing straight away and took a trip to Lech. The beginners, on the other hand, practised a few laps on the platter lift before slowly feeling their way up the steeper slopes. Those who preferred solid ground under their feet joined our winter hiking group. We got together again at lunchtime. In a cosy mountain inn, we were able to chat, relax and enjoy Austrian specialties.

Later, we were welcomed in a beautiful, rustic vacation home that offered plenty of space for the whole team. Here we were able to warm up again after our time in the cool, wintery mountain air. For those for whom the warm shower was not enough, there was a helpful surprise: a cozy Haselhorst sweater. Once again, a big thank you for this! We then cooked together, laughed and rounded off the day.

The next morning had another reward in store for us: glorious weather. That was the icing on the cake for our wonderful ski weekend. Thanks to the whole team and everyone who organized this event! We are already looking forward to next year's ski weekend.
