Haselhorst Associates and H&Z have formed a joint business unit: H&Z Performance & Restructuring

With the merger of Haselhorst Associates and H&Z, we bring these strengths together: the management of turnaround and restructuring projects, combined with in-depth industry, functional and implementation expertise. At H&Z Performance & Restructuring, we identify the key value drivers, quantify potential and develop robust performance programmes. We provide consistent support throughout their implementation and achieve measurable impact for our clients.

Combining our expertise has been made possible by a legal merger: in August 2026, Haselhorst Associates GmbH was integrated into H&Z Unternehmensberatung GmbH. The merger does not affect existing projects and clients. The people behind our projects and our long-standing client relationships, as well as our expertise, remain unchanged. We will continue to offer tailored restructuring consulting with our CRO & Team approach.

In addition, the portfolio of H&Z Performance & Restructuring includes complex turnaround projects aimed at operational excellence, performance improvement and sustainable growth.
