Our team held initial discussions with the GG Group last fall. These focused on a restructuring concept to ensure a successful long-term future for this corporate group. All those involved soon agreed that, by working with the GG Group, we will be able to write a new and exciting chapter for this company. Together, we will do everything possible to further realize the business’ potential in all of its areas of activity.

The GG Group is headquartered in Vienna and has over 80 years of expertise of the production of high-quality cables, wiring and harnesses for the automotive industry and industrial applications. It is one of the leading manufacturers in its field. With a total of eleven locations around the globe, this corporate group is one of Austria’s most successful family-owned industrial enterprises. With its new organizational structure, the members of the management team will now be able to entirely focus on their respective areas of responsibility. This new structure will also significantly improve cross-functional cooperation and communication.
 

SGoal of a Rapid and Lasting Turnaround

As COO, Arno Haselhorst is managing the GG Group’s cable and harness plants around the globe and is also in charge of its supply chain. As CRO, he is also responsible for the planning and implementation of various restructuring measures. The goal is to implement a lasting, Group-wide process of transformation in order to safeguard the corporate group’s long-term financial stability.
