2024 will go down as the most successful year in the 20-year history of Haselhorst Associates Consulting. In the past three years alone, we have more than doubled our business. Our turnover has increased by more than 40 percent in the past twelve months compared to the same period last year.
The reason for this is the significant expansion of CRO mandates. A number of these companies have an annual turnover of well over 600 million euros. This means that not only the sheer number of our CRO mandates has increased significantly, but also the respective order volume. At the same time, we have significantly expanded our team.
CRO Academy as a forge of excellence
Restructuring cases in the key industries in this country continue to increase. This makes the comprehensive know-how of management consultancies in this environment all the more important. Our employees have excellent professional and personal expertise, which we ensure not least with the help of our CRO Academy. Together with our top-class cooperation partners, we have developed a comprehensive two-day program for participants over the years that guides them through all the challenges of restructuring.
The CRO Academy fulfills several functions at once: On the one hand, we ensure the ongoing training of our existing team colleagues. On the other hand, our newcomers also receive excellent training as part of the CRO Academy. In addition, we are committed to developing the knowledge imparted as part of the CRO Academy into universally applicable industry standards.
Awards, joint events and a growing team
The extent of our expertise in taking on large and complex CRO mandates is also confirmed by our awards this year. In addition to the best list of the renowned business magazine brand eins (Haselhorst Associates Consulting took one of the top places in the restructuring category), we also received the “Best of Consulting” Award 2024 from WirtschaftsWoche.
In late summer, our Smart City Ranking was also on the agenda again. This is now the seventh ranking we have published since 2018. The results clearly show that the transformation towards smart cities is gaining ground in Germany. The media coverage we were able to achieve for the Smart City Ranking was correspondingly high. The growing visibility was also reflected in our discussions with industry representatives at the Smart Country Convention in Berlin and at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.
Together with H&Z: focus on growth and internationalization
Finally, we would of course like to emphasize our highlight this year: In the fall, we joined forces with the H&Z Group, a leading consulting firm with strong expertise in the areas of management consulting, transformation processes and sustainability. In doing so, we have set a decisive course to take the growth we have achieved in recent years to a new level. H&Z is already one of the top 10 management consultancies in Germany. Together, we are now rapidly expanding our expertise and driving forward our internationalization.
