Every year, we invite former employees to a get-together with the current team at our office in Starnberg. We love using this chance to catch up on each other's careers and lives and reminisce a bit. During our conversations, one description kept coming up that our alumni really appreciated about us — and that also defines our reunions: the family atmosphere that our team creates time and time again.
